Our BENEFIT PROJECT for the UKRAINE! Hudson Conservatory students have prepared this musical benefit project for you in honor of Ukraine and Ukrainian composer Sergei Bortkiewicz. We hope to raise money for other children suffering the effects of war. The 12 students performing voted to donate to UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, and I have listed additional organizations to help the Ukraine below. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated! 🇺🇦

12 students perform the 12 movements from the suite "Aus Andersens Marchen" Op. 30, subtitled "A Musical Picture Book" by the Ukranian composer Serge Bortkiewicz. Each piece in the suite is based on a fairy tale written by Hans Christian Andersen:

  10. The Ugly Duckling (Leslie Ao)
  11. The Golden Treasure (Sean Piapakdee)
  12. The Metal Pig (Clarabel Lara)
